Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles is offering a 10-week summer IT internship in Augusta, GA. The role provides hands-on experience across IT projects, BI, Salesforce, SAP, and PLM environments, with mentorship and real project work.

You will assist daily IT activities, develop automation, and learn change control processes while supporting various departments. A pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is required, with exposure to ERP systems encouraged.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required.
• Exposure to ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT department in daily activities and special projects to learn IT functions and business objectives.
• Develop an automated scorecard to balance TSV goals and performance to established goals.
• Investigate current BI environment including servers, applications, software, and jobs to document TSV environment and CMBD connections.
• Work with PLM systems to update and create Teamcenter installation scripts and develop automated reports.
• Develop and implement customizations to TSV systems and platforms.
• Learn the Salesforce platform and develop admin understanding of tools.
• Learn the change control process through Salesforce and implement changes into production.
• Implement changes to platforms to reduce manual processes for internal groups and customers.
• Gain exposure to business needs by developing and implementing processes and new technologies.
• Support Infrastructure, Security, SAP, PLM or Analytics as needed.
