Responsibilities

• Assist IT department with daily activities and special projects to learn the IT function and its role in business objectives.
• Develop an automated scorecard to balance TSV goals and performance to established targets.
• Investigate current BI environment including servers, applications, software, and jobs to document TSV connections to CMDB.
• Update and create Teamcenter installation scripts and develop automated reports with PLM systems.
• Develop and implement customizations to TSV systems and platforms.
• Learn the Salesforce platform and develop admin understanding of tools.
• Learn the change control process through Salesforce and implement changes into production.
• Implement changes to developed platforms to reduce manual processes for internal groups and customers.
• Gain exposure to business needs by developing and implementing processes and new technologies.
• Support Infrastructure, Security, SAP, PLM or Analytics as needed.
