Job summary

Wawa Information Technology Internship Program (Summer 2027) seeks a motivated student for an Identity & Workspace Services Intern role. You will support identity management, workplace technologies, and end-user access across devices in a collaborative retail IT environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IS/CS/IT or related field.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with identity and access management processes including user provisioning.
• Support workplace technologies enabling collaboration and secure access.
• Gain exposure to endpoint management across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with Tier 1/2 support to improve end-user experience.
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.
