Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking three Human Resources interns for Summer 2027 in Media, PA. The program runs May 17, 2027 to August 7, 2027, with onsite work four days per week and a 37.5-hour weekly commitment.

Interns will support Talent, Leadership Development, and Payroll teams, participate in professional development, and deliver capstone presentations. Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Expected graduation between Spring 2028 and Spring 2030.
• Onsite work at Media, PA four days per week during the internship program.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience from previous internships or leadership roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with talent development, succession planning, leadership development, and payroll initiatives affecting associates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, improve processes, and support People Team programs.
• Contribute to reporting, audits, documentation, process improvement, and compliance activities.
• Leverage data and AI-driven tools to generate insights for business decisions.
• Gain exposure to Talent Acquisition, Business Partners, and project management within People.
