Wawa, Inc. invites qualified students to join the IT Internship Program for Summer 2027 in Media, PA.

As an Identity & Workspace Services Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting identity access management, workplace technologies, and endpoint management across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. This paid internship runs May 17 to August 5, 2027, with a 37.5-hour work week and onsite work four days per week.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Expected graduation date between Spring 2028 and Spring 2030.
• Ability to work onsite at Wawa Corporate Headquarters in Media, PA, four days per week throughout the internship program.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Previous internship, project, or leadership experience related to technology is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist with identity and access management processes, including user account provisioning, access requests, and security-related workflows.
• Support enterprise workplace technologies that enable collaboration, productivity, and secure access for corporate and field associates.
• Gain exposure to endpoint management and device lifecycle processes across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
• Partner with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams to troubleshoot workplace technology issues and improve the overall end-user experience.
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives that streamline support and access management activities.
• Analyze support trends, document procedures, and recommend opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams on projects related to identity services, workplace tools, and associate productivity solutions.
• Develop an understanding of IT service management, security best practices, and enterprise technology operations within a large retail organization.
