Responsibilities

• Support talent development, succession planning, leadership development, and payroll initiatives that impact associates across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze data, improve processes, and support key People Team programs and projects.
• Assist with reporting, audit preparation, documentation, process improvement, and compliance‑related activities.
• Leverage data and AI‑driven tools to generate insights and support business decision‑making.
• Gain exposure to other People Team operations such as talent acquisition, business partners, and project management while contributing to meaningful business initiatives.
