Job summary

Wawa, Inc. in Media, PA is seeking four Finance Interns for Summer 2027. The program runs May 17, 2027 to August 5, 2027, full-time (37.5 hours/week) onsite four days per week at a rate of $18/hour.

The internship offers hands-on experience in finance, analytics, and business projects within a collaborative corporate setting. You will analyze data, assist with reporting and forecasting, support dashboards and AI-driven analytics, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Expected graduation between Spring 2028 and Spring 2030.
• Onsite four days per week at Wawa Corporate HQ in Media, PA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Prior finance or accounting internship/leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial, operational, and category performance data to support decisions.
• Assist with reporting, forecasting, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Support data governance, dashboards, and AI-driven analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on trends and process improvements.
• Contribute to treasury, revenue planning, and inventory performance projects.
