Responsibilities

• Research unusual bugs or issues and assist in troubleshooting.
• Support IT team with hardware, software, and system maintenance.
• Assist in workflows for conversions, updates, recovery procedures and hardware assessments.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues (printers, computers, servers).
• Run software updates and backups as requested.
• Research hosting options and report pricing and options to supervisors.
• Contribute to developing desktops, servers or applications as needed.
• Record interactions in the service desk system and meet KPIs.
• Provide initial support and resolve basic IT questions and problems.
