Job summary

Advocate Health offers an Administrative Internship in Wisconsin for graduate students pursuing Healthcare Administration. The internship runs May 31, 2027 to August 6, 2027 and is an on-site role with a 40-hour work week.

You will rotate through enterprise corporate and other administration or operations areas, supporting projects, data collection, and presentations while developing healthcare management skills and learning from senior staff.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in a healthcare-related undergraduate program.
• GPA of at least 2.5.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and multitask.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support diverse healthcare project portfolios and contribute to project goals.
• Join rotation within a unit to complete assigned tasks.
• Identify internal/external resources to achieve objectives.
• Share insights on current trends to stimulate new ideas.
