Qualifications

• Must be a college student in good academic standing who is majoring in, or a recent college graduate (i.e., within one year of graduation), in Information Technology or related fields.
• Strong interest in IT and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with technical support and troubleshooting.
• Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, or other technology resources.
• Assist with technology projects, research, testing, and documentation.
• Learn about IT systems, processes, and tools used to support City departments.
• Collaborate with IT staff and end users to identify needs and support technology solutions.
