Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries by phone and email, directing residents to appropriate City departments and resources.
• Documents, enters, and tracks customer inquiries and service requests.
• Researches City services and procedures to provide accurate information to residents.
• Communicates with residents and City employees to address questions and route concerns for resolution.
• Performs data entry, maintains records, and assists with general administrative tasks and special projects.
