Responsibilities

Learn and develop information technology skills including networking, development of applications, and IT best practices.
Develop communication skills with IT professionals across infrastructure, systems, and applications.
Assist staff with system maintenance functions.
Participate in IT Asset Lifecycle Management replacing desktop equipment monthly.
Assist in hardware and software troubleshooting.
Perform special projects as determined by the manager.
Develop planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Develop interpersonal skills for effective communication with employees and business contacts.
