• Familiar with Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, computer hardware and basic networking concepts.
• Interest in pursuing a career in Information Technology.
• Previous helpdesk, technical support or IT-related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery, setup, configuration and troubleshooting of computers and technology equipment.
• Provide basic technical support to end users.
• Research and resolve technical problems; document processes.
• Assist with inventory under direct supervision of the IT team.
