Job summary

The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program designed to give students corporate experience and exposure to all areas of Hubbell. You’ll contribute to projects, work in teams, and develop technical skills relevant to your major.

Compensation is hourly, ranging from $22.50 to $29.00 per hour, with a May–August 2027 schedule. The program ends with a presentation to local management and insights into Hubbell’s industry and operations.

Qualifications

• Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university and pursuing a related Bachelor's or Master's degree throughout the internship period (May-August 2027) (required).
• Minimum 3.0 GPA (required)
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Apply classroom knowledge to on-the-job experiences.
• Work on value-added projects as part of a team.
• Develop technical skills related to your major.
• Provide professional development opportunities by networking across the business.
• Present to local management at program end.
