Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated invites students to join its IT internship program in Greenville, SC for 10 to 12 weeks. You will analyze business processes, technology solutions, and application areas to develop actionable recommendations and documentation while gaining hands-on IT operations experience.

You'll engage with stakeholders, contribute to data analysis and project delivery, and present your findings to local management at program end.

Qualifications

Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university throughout the internship program period (May-August 2027), pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship (required).
Minimum 3.0 GPA (required).
Prior experience working on IT projects outside of standard schoolwork (preferred).
Experience in Hubbell's core technologies (preferred).
Experience with Microsoft Office products.
Familiarity with relevant software and systems.

Responsibilities

Support IT initiatives by analyzing business processes, technology solutions, and application areas to develop recommendations.
Create documentation, reporting, and solution concepts that drive measurable business value.
Gain hands-on experience in IT operations, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and project delivery.
Contribute to cross-functional teams and assist with process improvement.
Prepare and deliver a presentation to the local management team at the end of the program.
