Zusammenfassung

Current is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Integrations to lead end-to-end technology integrations for newly acquired accounting and professional services firms across the United States. This role partners with firm leadership, local IT, MSPs, and Current’s tech organization to ensure secure, compliant, and low-disruption integrations.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience driving complex integration roadmaps, managing multi-team programs, and communicating effectively with executives.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years leading technology projects with M&A integrations.
• Ability to build and execute complex technology integration roadmaps.
• Strong PM capabilities across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for executives and partners.
• Working knowledge of Agile, SDLC, or PMI frameworks.
• Ability to travel 10–15% as required.

Aufgaben

• Own assigned technology integrations end to end, from kickoff through stabilization and standardization.
• Develop and manage integration roadmaps, project plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and milestones.
• Lead readiness assessments, cutover planning, and post-integration stabilization activities.
• Coordinate systems and data migrations, ensuring secure transfer of firm and client information.
• Partner across Technology, Finance, HR, Operations, MSPs, and firm leadership to resolve dependencies.
• Identify integration risks and drive mitigation plans.
• Provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
• Lead change management and adoption efforts during technology transitions.
