Job summary

Current is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Integrations to lead end-to-end technology integrations for newly acquired accounting and professional services firms. You will coordinate with firm leadership, local IT, MSPs and Current’s tech org to ensure secure, compliant, and disruption-free transitions.

Responsibilities span roadmaps, migrations, and stabilization, with a focus on governance, risk management, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading technology projects, including significant M&A integrations.
• Ability to build and execute complex technology integration roadmaps.
• Strong project and program management across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, including presenting to executives and partners.
• Knowledge of Agile, SDLC, or PMI frameworks.
• Travel approximately 10–15% as required.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned technology integrations end to end from kickoff to stabilization.
• Develop and manage integration roadmaps, plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies, milestones.
• Lead readiness assessments, cutover planning, and post-integration stabilization.
• Coordinate system and data migrations with secure transfer of firm and client information.
• Collaborate with Technology, Finance, HR, Operations, MSPs and leadership to resolve dependencies.
• Identify risks and resource constraints; drive mitigation plans.
• Provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, decisions and outcomes.
• Lead change management to support employees and leadership through tech transitions.
