Responsibilities

• The Service Desk integrates technical capabilities and solutions across university activities and supports faculty, staff, researchers, and students.
• Responds quickly and professionally to incidents and service requests across a broad range of technologies.
• Independently diagnoses and resolves non-routine and complex technical problems to implement and integrate technology solutions.
