Job summary

Alys Beach is seeking an experienced IT Support & Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This role combines daily end-user support with hands-on responsibility for network, server, and IAM administration.

You will manage Cisco/Meraki networks and Okta, while delivering exceptional service to our luxury beach community. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT support, strong Windows/M365/Entra ID skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a business environment.
• Experience administering Cisco/Meraki networks.
• Experience administering Okta in production environment, including user and group management, SSO and SCIM provisioning, application access and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, networking fundamentals, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
• Ability to learn an existing environment quickly, manage competing priorities, and work independently with minimal training.
• Strong customer service, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily desktop, laptop, printer, mobile device, Microsoft 365, and application support to Alys Beach employees.
• Manage day-to-day administration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Cisco switches, Meraki networks, and wired/wireless connectivity.
• Administer Okta, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID, including user accounts, groups, app access, MFA, and access changes.
• Maintain reliable network operations by investigating outages and coordinating changes.
• Own routine identity and access requests, troubleshoot authentication and SSO issues, and manage access changes.
• Support employee onboarding/offboarding, device deployment, software installation, and inventory.
• Diagnose issues, document resolutions, and follow through to completion.
• Assist with server and infrastructure maintenance, network upgrades, and security projects.
• Provide responsive on-site support across offices and facilities.
