Alys Beach is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role supports smooth daily operations by assisting maintenance engineers, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring a well-maintained environment for our community.

Responsibilities include assisting the Maintenance Department, completing work orders, providing service to homeowners and guests, and handling daily paperwork while supporting special projects and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Basic math and ability to use standard software.
• Experience in general maintenance preferred (1 year).
• Experience with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical tasks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Department with day-to-day operations.
• Ensure work orders are completed promptly and customer satisfaction is met.
• Provide customer service to homeowners, guests, vendors, and coworkers.
• Complete and submit paperwork daily.
• Work with homeowners on special projects.
