Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent technical degree with experience.
• 3+ years in IT infrastructure operations and project management.
• Software/Hardware Troubleshooting & Setup.
• Efficient IT Asset Management.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess infrastructure regularly to ensure it meets demands.
• Manage daily IT department operations.
• Develop IT procedures to increase efficiency and workflow.
• Coordinate needs of in-house IT staff and remote employees, vendors, contractors.
• Protect customer data via encryption and secure storage.
• Assist with installation of new hardware/software and train staff.
• Review contracts and IT invoices; analyze purchases.
• Monitor IT infrastructure condition routinely.
