Job summary

ABB is seeking an on-site Information Systems support specialist in Mount Juliet, TN. You will manage PC lifecycle, hardware/software support, imaging, and peripherals across manufacturing, warehouse and office settings.

You’ll work with Bartender/Loftware/NiceLabel printing software and collaborate with network teams to ensure reliable IS services. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 3+ years in enterprise end-user support, and a proactive problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in enterprise End User support with O365 and Windows 11.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IS end-user support for manufacturing, warehouse and office environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers and peripherals; manage service requests.
• Collaborate with Network and IS teams to deploy and support IS solutions/services.
