Responsibilities

• Drive and promote safety in all activities related to plant equipment, facilities and personnel.
• Support maintenance strategy and processes to optimize uptime (MTTR/MTBF focus).
• Develop maintenance team skills and cover day and night shifts as needed.
• Coordinate with operations to align production schedules and equipment priorities.
• Own maintenance budgets and contribute to capital expenditure planning and tracking.
• Produce reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions.
• Develop a high performance maintenance team and drive OEE improvements.
