Hankook Tire & Technology in Nashville, TN, seeks an IT Infrastructure Associate to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network equipment. You will support Windows and Linux servers, network infrastructure, and Microsoft 365, collaborating with teams to keep systems secure and available.

This in-person role offers growth through exposure to data centers and IT projects, with a focus on reliability, customer service, and staying current with technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 0–3 years of IT experience in support, network operations, or infrastructure.
• Basic networking knowledge and familiarity with Windows servers and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Experience with virtualization concepts; VoIP or telecom knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware, software, and network equipment.
• Assist with monitoring and maintenance of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN connectivity.
• Assist with IT infrastructure projects: implementation, testing, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Assist with administration and support of Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Support and maintain Windows and Linux server environments.
• Support VoIP and other telecommunications systems.
