NNR USA is seeking an Assistant IT Infrastructure and Project Manager to oversee daily operation, security, and maintenance of its technology environment. This role covers IT service delivery, onboarding, endpoint management, and procurement to ensure reliable, secure operations.

You will collaborate across teams to support business continuity, lead projects from planning to deployment, and maintain comprehensive documentation and vendor relations across locations.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/related field.
• 3–5 years supporting enterprise IT operations.
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding and identity management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows, and endpoint management.
• Experience with vendors, service providers, procurement, and asset inventory.
• Logistics/ freight forwarding experience preferred.
• Ability to own projects and drive resolutions.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage employee onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes.
• Create, modify, and disable user accounts across Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Provision computers, mobile devices, software licenses, badges, and equipment.
• Maintain role-based access controls and timely removal of access during departures.
