Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute infrastructure initiatives such as network upgrades and server migrations.

You will analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, and coordinate with IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful delivery. You will create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including network diagrams and implementation plans, and provide post-project support and optimization to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in network administration, server operations, or IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with WAN circuit provisioning and troubleshooting.
• Experience configuring and supporting Cisco or Juniper network devices.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Routing and Switching, and firewall technologies.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute infrastructure projects including network upgrades, server migrations, deployments, and system integration projects.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, customers, and external vendors.
• Create and maintain project documentation: network diagrams, implementation plans, technical docs.
• Provide post-project support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
