Job summary

New Era Technology, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support client technology infrastructure deployments across multiple sites.

You will lead cross-functional vendor collaboration, driving network refreshes, hardware deployments, and site conversions with high organization and stakeholder engagement. The role requires 4–8 years in project management within technology or infrastructure programs, proficiency with MS Office, Jira, Monday.com, and Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of project management experience in technology and/or infrastructure programs.
• Proficient with MS Office and business tools.
• Experience using PC in business environment including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination across vendors, engineering teams, and client stakeholders.
• Track workflow progress using Jira, Excel, Monday.com and Smartsheet.
• Ensure readiness for site conversions and maintain accurate status logs.
• Assist in oversight of routers, cellular devices, SD-WAN appliances, and switches.
• Provide regular updates to internal and external teams and maintain deployment documentation.
