Job summary
Brown & Brown in Daytona Beach, FL (with Plano, TX or Remote options) seeks a Program Manager – Infrastructure & Operations Portfolio to lead a broad portfolio modernizing and stabilizing infrastructure and operations. You will guide a team of Project Managers, drive governance, and ensure delivery aligned with business priorities and strategy.
The role requires 8+ years in IT program management, leadership of PMs, and experience across cloud services, networking, end-user computing, IT service
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
- 8+ years of IT program or portfolio management experience.
- Experience leading Infrastructure & Operations initiatives.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional dependencies.
- Leadership and mentoring of Project Managers and delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage Infrastructure & Operations project portfolio and governance.
- Lead large-scale programs: cloud adoption, data center modernization, network transformation.
- Provide escalation support and governance to ensure momentum and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and executive status reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to manage dependencies.
