The role requires 10+ years in IT/vendor management, 5+ years of leadership, strong executive presence, and proven contract negotiation skills to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT, sourcing, vendor management, or procurement.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing vendor management or strategic sourcing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate vendor performance into business value and risk implications.
• Strong financial acumen and cost optimization mindset.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed, or regulated enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead IT vendor management strategy, governance, and performance oversight.
• Oversee sourcing, contracting, and lifecycle management with procurement, legal, and IT.
• Drive vendor performance through SLAs, KPIs, and scorecards; lead business reviews.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms; manage spend and total cost of ownership.
• Mitigate third‑party risks and ensure compliance with risk and security requirements.
• Engage stakeholders across IT, finance, and legal to align vendor capabilities with roadmaps.
• Build and lead a high‑performing vendor management team; support post‑acquisition integrations.
