Job summary

IDEX Corporation seeks an IT professional to install, configure, and support network infrastructure and desktop/workstations across internal and external users. The role emphasizes security, incident response, and high-level troubleshooting to maintain system integrity and performance.

The candidate will lead IT initiatives, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and train staff on secure, efficient use of technology. A degree in IT or related field and hands-on experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, IT, or Information Systems or related experience.
• - Hands-on experience with System Administration, System Engineering, Network Engineering, Cyber Security, Disaster Recovery, Incident Management, Change Management, and Project Management.
• - Experience managing audit requirements and creating action plans to address audit standards.

Responsibilities

• IT infrastructure management, including local site networks, servers, and related hardware in a virtualized environment.
• Maintain network security, accounts, and software security; coordinate cross-functional teams for non-ERP software planning and implementation.
• Provide Level 2 Help Desk support and internal customer training; ensure service levels are met or exceeded.
• Develop and monitor IT budgets and forward-looking network infrastructure plans.
