Job summary

MB2 Dental is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to set and enforce standards across corporate and field environments, including networking, servers, cloud, and telecom. The manager leads internal and third-party teams to deliver scalable, compliant infrastructure across a distributed healthcare network.

You will guide modernization initiatives, evaluate emergent technologies, and maintain thorough documentation aligned with healthcare regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS.
• 7+ years enterprise infrastructure experience.
• 5+ years leadership of infrastructure teams.
• Experience with hybrid cloud and enterprise networking.
• Healthcare/regulatory IT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce enterprise infrastructure standards across all locations.
• Oversee field/server/network deployments across locations.
• Lead internal and third-party infrastructure teams.
• Govern technical design changes and configurations.
• Drive automation and modernization initiatives.
