Job summary

The Denver Public Library is hiring an IT Manager to lead the Infrastructure division across 28 library locations in a hybrid work environment. You will oversee servers, virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, identity and access management, and endpoint management, shaping roadmap and standards.

You will mentor teams, manage performance, and partner with vendors on budgets and contracts while ensuring secure, reliable services for staff and the public.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3 years senior IT experience.
• One year may be substituted per post-high school year.
• Preferred 4 years senior IT work with hybrid infra & govt experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Infrastructure design & operations across 28 locations.
• Oversee virtualization, networking, security, IDM, and endpoint management.
• Represent division in vendor negotiations, budgeting, and contracts.
• Mentor and develop staff, manage performance and growth.
