Job summary

RiseMe in Corpus Christi, TX, is seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the operations of the enterprise infrastructure, ensure security and compliance, and drive continuous improvement across systems and processes.

You will supervise a small team, develop strategic plans, manage budgets and timelines, collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders, and deliver reliable, scalable technology aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent IT experience.
• Six (6) + years of progressive experience in information technology; two (2) + years in management.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure strategic plan aligned with business needs.
• Oversee daily operations; ensure procedures meet objectives and compliance.
• Lead organizational projects; manage resources and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with project management to align staff with schedules and changes.
• Review security and continuity plans; adjust as required.
• Develop KPIs for managed systems and drive performance and security.
