Job summary

RectorSeal in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior IT Manager, Enterprise Infrastructure & Operations to lead the strategy, execution, and day-to-day management of our technology infrastructure across manufacturing facilities and distribution centers.

The role drives cloud adoption, cybersecurity programs, OT integration, and enterprise service delivery, while leading a team of infrastructure professionals in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with on-site presence at the Houston Spenwick facility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise infrastructure and operations.
• Experience developing strategies that support growth and digital transformation.
• Strong MSP management, SLA reviews, and escalation processes.
• Hands-on leadership with Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, Azure, Intune, SQL Server, Oracle, Hyper-V, RDS, SD-WAN.
• Experience migrating on-premises to cloud/hybrid infrastructures.
• Experience with OT environments and disaster recovery planning.
• Knowledge of IT governance and IT service management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise infrastructure roadmap to support growth and cloud transformation.
• Lead projects including installations, upgrades, migrations, and technology retirements.
• Drive cloud adoption migrations to Microsoft Azure and Entra ID.
• Manage data center, server, storage, networking, and enterprise operations environments.
• Oversee 24x7 support and MSP relationships; establish SLAs and metrics.
• Lead incident escalation, root cause analysis, and disaster recovery planning.
• Lead and develop the infrastructure team and external providers.
• Ensure security posture with cybersecurity initiatives and OT connectivity.
