You will troubleshoot complex ICT issues, implement patch management and access controls, and coordinate upgrades with minimal downtime. Strong collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support or administration, including servers, workstations, and networking components.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting. Experience implementing security measures such as patch management, access controls, and backup strategies.
Experience with Industrial Control Systems (ICS) environments or OT networks is preferred.
Familiarity with ICT cybersecurity standards (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443).
Experience coordinating system upgrades and migrations in multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve ICS infrastructure issues, including servers, workstations, and network components.
Implement security measures such as access controls, patch management, and backup strategies for ICT environments.
Coordinate system upgrades and migrations to ensure minimal downtime and compliance with standards.
Maintain standardized configurations for ICT infrastructure across multiple facilities.
Provide technical guidance to Analyst I and assist in vendor coordination for complex tasks.
Must report to work as required during emergencies or when scheduled.
