• Five years' experience managing and delivering infrastructure design and operational excellence.
• Minimum two years experience managing an infrastructure team.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting software and hardware.
• Exceptional knowledge of service and application delivery and SLA accomplishments.
• Knowledge of best practices and standards including Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Azure, backups, and desktop support.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement short- and long-term infrastructure plans.
• Plan and deploy infrastructure security measures and controls.
• Supervise system administrators, desktop technicians, and service desk teams.
• Define hardware and software standards with stakeholders.
• Monitor server performance and report on network performance.
