Job summary

AlphaStaffHCM is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to design, implement, secure, and operate a scalable enterprise IT environment. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and vendor management to drive business continuity and growth.

Responsibilities include overseeing network, server, cloud, and security operations, managing DR plans, and leading Infrastructure and Help Desk teams. A strong background in certifications and governance is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing enterprise network, server, cloud, and cybersecurity environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience managing vendors, service providers, contracts, and technology procurements.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Industry certifications such as Microsoft, Azure, Cisco, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, ITIL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead admin and optimization of network, servers, cloud platforms.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of enterprise systems.
• Oversee network architecture including routers, firewalls, LAN/WAN, wireless, segmentation.
• Manage server environments, backups, storage, and DR capabilities.
• Lead Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and identity management initiatives.
• Partner with security vendors to monitor threats and respond.
• Mentor Infrastructure and Help Desk teams for growth.
• Drive modernization projects and tech governance.
