Job summary

A growing engineering firm in Commerce City, CO, is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead their technology foundation. This role requires a blend of infrastructure expertise, people leadership, and a focus on continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring secure and scalable systems while collaborating with stakeholders to drive success. Compensation includes a salary between $103K and $150K, based on experience, plus bonuses. This is a hybrid position with three days onsite and two remote.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure design, building, and troubleshooting.
• 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure teams.
• Current IT industry certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the infrastructure team, ensuring operations are efficient and aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee infrastructure design and architecture to ensure systems are secure and performant.
• Define and communicate infrastructure metrics to drive continuous improvement.
