Job summary

Aptiv Interconnect is seeking a Senior IT Manager to lead IT operations across multiple manufacturing sites. You will standardize IT policies, manage a distributed team, and drive technology improvements aligned with site goals.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in multi-site IT leadership, strong governance in NIST 800-171/CMMC, and hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and virtualization. On-site role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years IT leadership experience in multi-site manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Expert knowledge of NIST 800-171 and CMMC for government/contractual compliance.
• Hands-on proficiency with network infra, cybersecurity, cloud and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive uniform IT operations across sites by standardizing policies and procedures.
• Lead complex IT projects with on-time delivery and quality standards.
• Set and track KPIs on uptime, efficiency and security compliance.
• Oversee budgets and strategic tech investments.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate business needs into IT strategies.
• Facilitate cross-site communication among IT Managers; foster teamwork.
• Build relationships with vendors for cost-effective contracts and support.
