Job summary

Milo’s Tea Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Leader to guide our enterprise network, server, and cloud infrastructure. You will define standards, drive automation, and ensure resilience across on‑premises and Microsoft Azure environments, while coordinating with Security and OT teams.

The role requires a track record of managing complex infrastructure projects, mentoring technical staff, and aligning IT with business objectives. Supervisory responsibilities are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive IT infrastructure engineering experience with leadership role.
• Deep expertise in enterprise network design and administration.
• Experience with MS Azure and hybrid connectivity is required.
• Strong mentoring and communication skills to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the Infrastructure team, providing direction and performance oversight.
• Develops and executes the enterprise infrastructure roadmap aligning with business growth.
• Owns capacity planning, lifecycle management, and refresh strategies for network and server environments.
• Implements and maintains infrastructure monitoring and observability across networks, servers, and databases.
• Oversees design and maintenance of resilient on-premises and cloud solutions.
• Manages vendor relationships and procurement for infrastructure.
• Defines standards, policies, and documentation for infrastructure.
• Collaborates with Security to enforce standards and remediation.
• Leads business continuity and disaster recovery planning for IT.
• Supports OT infrastructure in collaboration with Manufacturing and Engineering.
• Drives automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Oversees ERP-related infrastructure for Sage X3 including server and networking.
• Directs endpoint architecture, MDM, patching, and security posture in partnership with Security.
• Uphold participation in Corporate Responsibility and Zero Waste initiatives.
