Job summary

Stanley 1913 seeks a Director of IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering to set vision and strategy for cloud, infrastructure, identity, and digital workplace environments. You will oversee Azure and on-premises ecosystems, driving reliability, security, and cost efficiency globally.

You will lead a team through managers and technical leads, partnering withSecurity, Engineering, Finance, and HR to align technology with business priorities and Stanley 1913’s continued global growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT infrastructure, cloud, and systems engineering.
• Proven experience leading global infrastructure and budgets.
• Azure and enterprise identity management with Entra ID.
• Strong governance, reliability, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead global infrastructure ecosystems across Azure, offices, and datacenters.
• Modernize identity and access management with Entra ID and MFA.
• Strengthen resilience with BCDR, RTO/RPO, and incident management.
• Elevate employee technology experience via digital workplace initiatives.
• Partner with Information Security to advance Zero Trust and audits.
• Drive automation with IaC, CI/CD, SRE, and observability.
• Own technology investments, budgets, licensing, and vendor strategy.
