Job summary

MegaCorp Logistics is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead to guide design, maintenance, and optimization of our IT infrastructure. You will lead a cross-functional team, align projects with business goals, and drive security, reliability, and cost efficiency across cloud and on‑premise systems.

You will partner with application teams to ensure DR, backup, monitoring, and governance standards while building scalable, high‑availability infrastructure to support growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure, systems administration or related field
• Leadership or team lead experience in infrastructure
• Experience with FinOps, Azure cost governance and cloud budgeting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience delivering highly available cloud infrastructure for modern apps and DevOps

Responsibilities

• Standardize and monitor infrastructure across networks, servers, databases, cloud
• Lead an infrastructure team with coaching and guidance
• Prioritize and deliver infrastructure projects on time
• Drive security, reliability, and cost optimization
• Partner with developers for DR, backup, and monitoring
