Qualifications

• 3–5 years IT infrastructure and systems administration experience.
• Experience deploying and supporting enterprise infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with networking and MAC fleet management.

Responsibilities

• Own macOS fleet management and zero-touch deployments.
• Handle Tier 2 escalation for complex technical issues.
• Maintain security policies and server/network health.
