ManpowerGroup, Global client seeks a Network Operations Admin - MAC in Waukesha, Wisconsin. You will monitor enterprise tech environments, proactively investigate issues, coordinate incident response calls, and support network deployment and health checks.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Three or more years of experience in network administration, operations, or technical support roles.
• Experience preparing, configuring, staging, and deploying network equipment.
• Knowledge of monitoring, observability, event management, and cybersecurity processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise technology environments using dashboards, monitoring platforms, and automated alerts.
• Proactively identify, investigate, and respond to system, network, and application issues.
• Coordinate incident response calls and support operational updates during service impacting events.
• Execute support playbooks, perform validation, recovery, and health checks according to documented procedures.
• Assist with network equipment preparation, deployment, configuration, and routine maintenance activities.
