Qualifications

• Pursuing a post-secondary degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Microsoft solutions (Windows, Intune, 365, AD, Azure).
• Willingness to work hybrid, after-hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of small IT infrastructure projects, including scheduling, documentation, and communication with internal stakeholders.
• Support hardware/software rollouts, office moves, and system upgrades with senior IT staff.
• Track tasks, update timelines, and report progress to ensure deliverables are met.
• Participate in team meetings to provide updates, identify risks, and suggest improvements.
• Document processes and create knowledge base articles for end users.
