Job summary

Wind River in Walnut Creek, CA, seeks an Analyst II - Desktop Systems to provide comprehensive desktop support across North America, partnering with IT to troubleshoot desktop, server, and network issues, and to support a mix of on-site and remote users.

You will install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and macOS, deliver help desk support, support Microsoft Teams, participate in global IT projects, and maintain procedures and documentation while sustaining strong customer

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on desktop support experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT certifications.
• Proven ability to support a large user base and troubleshoot workstation peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-user desktop support across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Provide responsive help desk support and escalation as needed.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
• Support Microsoft Teams features and conferencing.
• Maintain procedures, documentation, and best practices.
