You'll work under the IT Manager/Supervisor, gaining exposure to Tier 1–2 help desk activities and compliance audit preparation, ideal for someone pursuing an IT/CS degree seeking practical enterprise IT experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed IT/CS degree or certification.
• Basic hardware, software, and networking understanding.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Prior help desk experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provisioning: set up hardware, software, user accounts, and access for staff.
• Tier 1 & Tier 2 IT support: handle help desk tickets and troubleshoot issues.
• Compliance audit support: assist with evidence collection and audit prep.
