Job summary

Hyundai Transys Georgia Seating System in West Point, GA is seeking an IT professional to maintain and support its core infrastructure, including Windows/Linux servers, storage, and AD services. You will ensure system stability, security, and availability while coordinating with the Infra Ops team and other branches.

Key responsibilities include server lifecycle management, incident resolution, backups and DR, capacity planning, change control, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience operating Enterprise Linux/Windows servers.
• In-depth understanding of infrastructure including servers, networks, and storage.
• Technical network knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Firewall, AP).
• Must be proficient with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Server administration and management: oversee Windows/Linux server/storage operations and related services.
• Troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on servers.
• Configuration and maintenance: install, configure, patch, and secure server/storage environments.
• Backup/Disaster Recovery: develop and manage backup and recovery strategies.
• Monitoring and optimization: track availability and performance; optimize resources.
• Vendor and project support: manage vendor relations and support IT projects.
