This role drives the City’s hybrid cloud strategy, ensures 24/7 operational continuity, strengthens cybersecurity in partnership with the CISO, and leads modernization efforts that support agency operations

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of IT infrastructure management experience.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure operations to ensure 24/7 reliability.
• Guide security and resilience efforts with CISO.
• Develop roadmaps and strategies for hybrid cloud.
• Oversee budgeting, vendor contracts, and procurement.
