Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and hybrid architectures.
• Experience with automation/scripts to streamline deployments and operations.
• Familiarity with enterprise storage, backup, monitoring tools and security baselines.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and problem resolution for data centers with 1000+ servers and 5000+ users.
• Design, implement and support enterprise infrastructure and upgrades.
• Create documentation for configurations, architecture, and processes.
• Provide 24/7 support as needed and participate in on-call rotations.
